Q: I'm a beginner. How many hours of private lessons will I need to learn how to use my new camera?
A: In three hours I could show you how to use your camera, how to composition a great image and get you out shooting.

A: If you understand how to use your camera already, it would take about 3-5 hours, which would include a shoot.

Q: I do not live in London. Can I still receive private tuition?
A: Yes absolutely! Email small versions of your photos and we’ll arrange a mutually suitable time to schedule in your lesson/s.

Q: I have booked private tuition session. Can my friend come and learn with me?
A: Learning together can be fun and help keep you motivated. You’re welcome to bring your friend along. Additional learners cost extra per hour, but when you split the cost it ends up cheaper per person.

Q: What can I learn in a private tutoring session?
A: The beauty of private learning is that the lessons meet your specific needs. Whether you're an absolute novice with your first camera; preparing your portfolio, or selecting images for an upcoming exhibition, I can tailor lessons to your level of knowledge and your style of learning. Some students have no time for homework, so we do everything together in our lesson time, and others prefer assignments to do between lessons.

Q: I would like to purchase photographs from your online gallery. Can I use them as screen savers?
A: Yes. You can acquire photographs and digital files. Please respect that you are not buying the copyright.

Q: How long after my shoot will I receive my photographs?
A: Your portrait proofs will be delivered within two weeks.
Commercial and advertising work has a turn around of two day, but can be requested within 24hours for an additional fee.

A: Yes. I have curated eight photography exhibitions, and judged photography competitions. I can also help narrow down your portfolio to your best images.
